Frequently asked questions
Which frequencies does Eaglet support?
Eaglet supports two selectable frequency bands: 2.4 GHz and 915 MHz. It features a built-in 2.4 GHz antenna and requires an external antenna for 915 MHz operation.
What is included in the box?
The package includes the controller unit, a 915 MHz external antenna, USB-C cable, accessory kit and keychain.
How can I customize the shell color or add a logo?
For orders of 100 units or more, we can customize the upper shell color and add your brand logo to the lower-left area of the controller. Additional customization fees apply; please contact us for available options and a quotation.
Where can I download the latest firmware?
You can download the latest firmware from the Support > Firmware & Downloads section of our website. Select EAGLET to view the latest version, release notes and download files.
What should I do if the controller is damaged or not working?
Stop using the controller immediately. Contact support with your order number, a description of the fault and photos. Do not attempt to open or repair the unit yourself.
